LOCATION

Cannes-la-Bocca, west of Cannes, skirts the sea on kilometers long. With the disadvantage of having, in seaside: road of seaside (Boulevard du Sud), way of railroad TER and TGV) and road interior (Avenue du Dr. R. Picaud which is prolonged, towards West, by avenue Francis Tonner) with the result that the apartments of seaside are, in general, very noisy.
The residence Villa Francia , for its part, is situated on the top of all these ways and dominates bay of Cannes, on calm. But the beach is at less than 10 minutes by foot, while going down.

The network of PALM BUS buses .

At 300 Mr. of the entry of the residence, bus 07 (stop 'Les Terrasses' or 'Les Mimosas') goes to the center of Cannes.
Down to 600 Mr., 4 other lines of bus (stop 'Boulevard Leader') make the connection with the towns of Cannes and of Cannes la Bocca .

On the top of the residence, la Croix des Gardes proposes walks on foot and offers a 360° panorama.
The seaside enables you to go on kilometers and to bath you in the sea. Kiosks propose drinks and sandwiches to you which avoids you going back to Francia Villa to benefit fully on the beach.
CANNES: (4 Km): Universally known by its cinema festival, during May, it's a city where it is good to walk while admiring the Grand Hotels, the shops and luxury cars on the Croisette or in the small shopping streets of the Cannes old man. You can embark for the islands of Lérins or even spend 4 hours on a luxurious yacht…
ESTEREL: (12 Km): A symphony of colors on the azure… From Mandelieu, a red seaside blazing on the blue of the sea and a park of 770 ha to walk round to meet nearly 34 animal species of patrimonial interest where one finds in particular populations of stags Elaphe, bats like the Watchdog of Cestoni and birds such as the Mediterranean Warbler, Tichodrome and of the raptors like Circaète Short-toed eagle, the Peregrine falcon, the owl Grand duke of Europe and the owl Small-duke.
VALLAURIS: (15 Km): Traditional village of Provence nested inside the grounds, known for its workshops of potters and to the south, Gulf Juan, seaside resort with the sandy beaches. A perfect couple which combines summer traditions and pleasures at the edge of the Mediterranean sea.
GRASSE: (17 Km): Capital of the perfumes with its museum and its factories, the market of the place aux Aires (Saturday) and its points of view on the area.
ANTIBES: (22 Km): Second of the most populated city department, its ramparts, its old streets, the quay of the billionaires with its sumptuous yachts, the path of the littoral of the Cape d' Antibes, and its MARINELAND with more than 4000 species of marine animals.
BIOT: (22 Km): The old village, the vault of the penitent white, the museum Ferdinand Léger and his art glassmaking.
