A discount of 5% is granted over the second consecutive week, and of 10% on the third consecutive week and the following ones.
(**) The visitor's tax transferred with the commune is to be paid moreover, separately, for an amount of: 5% on the hiring amount.
The guarantee for the breakage of: 800 €.  is requested before checking in and not boxed and returned when checking out, after inventory of fixtures.
A guarantee for the cleaning of: 100 €.  is requested before checking in and not boxed and returned checking out, if the studio is made clean.
An increase of price can be applied for a request on dates which are different from those of the posted schedule or for exceptional arrival or departure times.
Bed linen is not provided.
For reasons of hygiene, the animals are not allowed.
