We rent this cottage and its garden since the year 2000 and we take care well of our tenants; so, some of them have remained very faithful and came back for several years.

Oléron: Independant cottage any comfort for 6 persons, on a closed garden about 600m² with an exceptional panoramic sightseeing upon the ocean and a direct acces to the sandy beach.
At 9 minutes walking (700 m.) from the center of Saint-Denis d'Oléron (daily market in summer) and from the marina. Weekly vacation from sunday evening to sunday morning, except particular agreement with the owner.
