Any firm reservation is accompanied by the payment, by check, of the quarter of the full amount of the hiring, as installment.
The balance must be versed 20 days before the start date of the hiring. If not the hirer out reserves the right to give the period in hiring by refunding the installment, deduction made of the expenses, if the period is rented.
In the event of cancellation because of the heir who cannot be totally disinherited, except emergency (death, serious disease…), this installment remains sure with the hirer out except if this one relets the house the same period, made deduction of the induced expenses of Re-hiring. If the house would not be available to the date envisaged, except emergency, the hirer out would twice transfer with the heir who cannot be totally disinherited the amount of the installment, without another allowance.
The reservations are done from date to date (Sunday afternoon to Sunday morning).

Your reservation will be firm afterwards:
1/ the cashing of the transfer or the cheque of installment on a French bank, amount indicated in the estimate (the quarter of the full amount),
2/reception by e-mail of the following documents:
      a/ estimate sent signed by you,
      b/ photocopy of identification papers,
      c/ a document in proof of your residence,
      d/ a certificate of third-party insurance 'holiday' (available near the insurer of your main home).

You will on the spot find all the necessary information with your stay, in complement of those provided at the time of your arrival.
A guarantee of household of:  150 €.is asked, in the form of check, one month before your entry in the house, and will be restored after your departure if the house is made clean (a vacuum cleaner is provided for this purpose). In the contrary case, this guarantee will be retained in whole or part.
Une guarantee for the material and the pieces of furniture of:  1.500 €.is asked, in the form of check, one month before your entry in the house, and will be restored after your departure if no breakage is noted, after contradictory inventory of fixtures. In the contrary case, this guarantee will be retained in whole or part, to replace the damaged material.
The guarantees are not boxed (except in case of breakage, or lost of any object or kousehold badly made noted at the beginning of the tenant).
Housekeeping can be requested at the rate of: 120 €., and upon prior request.
The tourist tax is calculated according to the Community of Communes tariff and is shown on the quote. It depends on the number of people and the duration of the rental.

Sheets and the household linen are not provided. The bedding has draw sheets, but, for reasons of hygiene, you can bring yours. You must thus bring your household linen (hand towels and cloths, as well as sheets, according to your needs, for the two beds of 80cm, the bed of 140cm. 1st floor and bed of 140cm. ground floor.), except if you prefer to rent them (see opposite, on the right, conditions of hiring).

The garage is not part of the hiring. The car park is in the garden closed by a second portal (additional places can be available on the pavement which is broad, in front of the house).

For reasons of hygiene, the animals are not allowed.

In periods “except season” indicated by an asterisk on the page of the weekly tariffs, electricity consumption is due moreover, according to your consumption, according to the following tariffs:
