It is shone upon, even in winter, because of its situation in the Hamlet, above the front of snow located lower in the valley and in the shade of the mountain at the south. It has a key loched skies rack, located at the entrance of the residence, and the access to the tracks is easily made by the funicular (or the shuttle) both free.
Located in the national park of Mercantour... in the winter, it benefits from the famous ski slopes of the highest resort in the Southern Alps with exceptional snow and climate, and in the summer, from high mountain walks on hiking trails (1.800 m./ 2.700 m.)
