Aix en Provence : 2 rooms for rent, in living with one other student , In self-contained flat in a calm and protected joint ownership. With large terrasse  and separate kitchen with equipment (two hotplates, fridge/freezer, microwave oven).
Each room for only one no smoking person. You share the bathroom (with bath, shower and washing-machine), WC, the kitchen and the living room.
CAUTION: you reside in a building and must respect the peace of the other residents. You are not in a university residence hall !
15 minutes away walking to the centre town (La Rotonde), 5 minutes by bus. Free from September to the end of June. Very near from a Géant Casino supermarket (cafeteria). Any comfort.
595 €. monthly, each room, charges included (except electricity moreover, according to consumption).

Building served by two bus lines, 3 and 8 (one of which (3) has a stop in foot of the building, stop 'Parc Saint Mitre').
One of these lines serves faculties (at 25 minutes walking, 12 minutes by the bus or cycling). A bicycle garage is available in the building.
